Our Purpose

We aim to provide an immersive environment for young people to thrive. Our starting point is to use the horses and tranquil, outdoor environment to provide a nurturing, enriching, educational experience.  

Our Story 

S.P.A.C.E  evolved from observing the young people already attending GLH Equestrian.  It became apparent that for some young people this was simply a better learning environment than a traditional educational setting. Partly by requests from parents,  the larger family  of mainly teachers became involved to provide a unique provision. The focus being on offering a programme based entirely on the student's needs and interests rather than a rigid curriculum. We were in the fortunate position of having highly experienced teachers of both primary and secondary pupils in the family team, as well as talented equestrian coaches and international riders leading the equestrian front.  All this with our amazing facilities and space means that we have been able to develop a facility providing an outstanding environment for young people's benefit. This has been an exciting time for us, providing a solution to the issues we have witnessed as teacher's in the classroom. We are able to really improve young people's life chances.
